During each session we will explore:
• Techniques for a performer/artist to stay centered as they work
• Exercises that develop Presence and Engagement with the Audience
• Techniques for a wide palette of Physical/Mental Embodiment
• Exercises/Scores to expand the performer/artist’s palette of Improvisational & Compositional choices
